How to Make a Return at Moms N’ Bubs

We want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, making a return is simple and hassle-free. Just follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Reach Out to Our Customer Service Team
You can start your return by contacting our friendly customer service team through any of the following channels:

Step 2: Prepare Your Return
Once you’ve connected with us, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label (for orders over $50) or further instructions on how to send your item back. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Pack the item(s): Place your unused item(s) with the original packaging and tags in a secure box.

2. Attach the label: If you received a return label from us, simply print it and affix it to the package.

Step 3: Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location based on the carrier we provide. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your return.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll be notified by email once the refund has been issued. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
